There’s a specific system people need to follow.
Let me tell you how we did it with Allan Foglio (@theshowupinvestor)
We met Allan through a referral and a few mutual friends.
He didn’t have any social media accounts open, and I mean none. Never used Instagram before, only Myspace lol.
But…
He was an expert in Real Estate and was looking to take advantage of his expertise.
Allan has paid to be in many masterclasses before, so he figured, “why don’t I start one?”
He was interested in helping others in Real Estate and networking with other big names in the industry.
If you want to build an audience: educate
If you want to build a fanbase: tell stories
That’s precisely what we did for him.
He went from having 0 knowledge of Instagram to over 100k followers!
The thing is, it didn’t take hours out of his day to do it. We took care of the majority of the work!
We were tasked to kickstart his social media accounts to grow his brand and business. He is a very focused and busy business person who focuses on getting an ROI on his investment. Sometimes with social media, it’s hard to gain an ROI in the first few months of a campaign because it’s hard to gain millions of views and turn those views into cash.
This is how we were able to explode his brand in such a short amount of time:
Identify the target audience: Understanding the demographic, interests, and pain points of the target audience is crucial to creating content that resonates with them and goes viral.
Trending topics: Stay up-to-date on current events and popular topics, both within the industry and in the wider cultural sphere, and consider how they can be incorporated into the content.
Competitor research: Analyze the content strategies of competitors and industry leaders to see what’s working for them and identify potential gaps that can be filled.
Customer feedback: Engage with the audience through comments, surveys, and focus groups to understand what they want to see and what topics they find most interesting.
Social listening: Use social listening tools to track conversations and see what topics are resonating with people online. This can help identify potential content ideas that are likely to go viral.
Utilize data and analytics: Analyze the performance of past content, including engagement rates, shares, and views, to determine what resonates with the target audience and inform future content creation.
The more people know about your brand, the luckier you’ll get.
