Overview:
Our marketing agency was tasked with growing the social media presence of twin real estate investors (@mathistwins) who run a mentorship group teaching people how to invest in real estate. When we first started working with them, their Instagram page had 50,000 followers & didn’t have a Tiktok. Through a combination of organic growth strategies and monetization tactics, we were able to increase their combined following to over 116,000 in just 3 months and help them kickstart their mentorship group.
Methods:
Content creation: We developed a content strategy that showcased the twins’ expertise in real estate investing and highlighted their mentorship program. This included posts featuring success stories from program participants, educational content on real estate investing, and behind-the-scenes looks at their daily lives as real estate investors.
Engagement tactics: We encouraged followers to engage with the twins’ posts by using calls-to-action, responding to comments and messages, and hosting Q&A sessions. This helped increase the visibility of their profiles and attracted even more followers.
User-generated content: We encouraged program participants to share their success stories and experiences with the twins’ mentorship program on their own social media profiles. This helped increase the credibility of the program and attracted even more participants.
Results:
The results of our efforts were significant. In just 3 months the twins’ combined following grew from 50,000 to over 116,000. This translated into a higher enrollment in their mentorship program, as well as increased brand awareness and engagement on their Instagram profiles.
